Things to Know

  • The client is responsible for providing alcohol for the event. Through beverage consultation, we will be able to streamline this process for you. 
  • Travel exceeding a 30-mile radius from Austin, Tx will an extra per mileage charge. For-out-of town events over night fees may apply. 
  •  A signed contract and a non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure your date. Your deposit is applied to your balance. Same month events will require a rush fee. 
  • All events are insured up to two million dollars
